The list below denotes the Perkins required flatbed equipment package. Drivers are responsible for having and maintaining all items at all times.
Drivers will be charged an equipment escrow equal to the total invoice amount for the equipment noted below. The total amount will be deducted from drivers’ settlements at $100.00 per week until the amount is paid in full.

Drivers must also have hardhat, reflective vest, and safety glasses.
